It's the same thing over and over

I can write this again and nothing will be any different. Something got to give! Fat Tuseday is coming up and then ask Wednesday and Lent! And giving something up....and you all maybe thinking what dose this have to do with being fix! I'm going to give up fast food...it's 6 weeks and see how we are doing. I would like say that I would workout each and every day for 2 hours and whatnot. But I know that I can not do that. So I think that I can give up fast food for 6 weeks. I would lie to start working out now. And that would give me 2 weeks more so 8 weeks before Easter. We will see how that gose! Going to make a poster with the girls this weekend to help me. Will post Pic when done with it!

What was I thinking!!! wait I was not!

Matthew and I are having a race to see who can lose the most weight now till Christmas! What was I thinking. He is a marine and runs and works out all week. Ijust hope to lose a little and I would be happy and healther and that's all that I need. So we just had our first week of school this week, and not that I have to get up and be out of the house I'm trying to get up early so that I can work out or work out right when I get home from dropping her off at school. I have made up a menu so we are eatting in more, and I'm watching more of what we are putting in. Tons more Veggie in everything we eat. And more milk and water, way less pop. Wish me luck!!!

had a Dr. appt today

So I went in Jan to the dr. and he wanted me to come back in 2 months to see how I was doing. Well I went back in last month and he ask me to come back in a month due to the fact that my blood perisher was a little high. I took the month and watch what I was eating and workout more and just knew that I had to make some difference in my life so that I would not have to be put on Meds before I was 30.

So in the last month I have read labels and use cups to know what I was eating and how much I was. I started working out with points a little like W.W. but not with food. I set a goal of a 100 points a day and it's hard to make it and only have a few days, but we live where there is still snow, so I think when we can get back out I will do better on that. I have done well with it with most days getting around 80 points. I'm down 5 lbs this months and have my B/P down, and will still be working on that to get more weight off.

feb 10

so today has came and went and still no workout. I just do not seem to have time to do it. I jsut need to get off my butt and do it. I just wish that it was a little more fun. I like to walk and be outside, but it's just to cold out and there is no way that I can take the girls out there. OOO I can not wait till summer. I need to just get up and do it, I have some dvd and my sister made me a workout plan. And I just do not want to want to let her down. Well there is always another day. Time to get off this thing and get up and move.

update

Here is my update I have been working out and eating well. and I'm glad to say that I'm down 6 lbs. I still have a long ways to go and I'm sure it will take a few months but it's going to be great.

One good thing that I did this weekend, is we had our daughter birthday party and the cake was great and so good, I had a little and did not finish it. Then on Sunday we had cupcakes with my sisters and brothers when we all got together and went ice skating. I did not have one. go me

OOO today is going well, and like most time I start, but some feels different and I hope that writting helps.

So far today I have gotten in a 15 minute workout and have had two big glasses of water. GO ME!!

This is me at the start

Hello all,

Tihs blog I'm doing on top of the one with my family, this one is just for me and my way to get fix for the rest of my life.

As of right now I'm pushing 200 and have two kids that I love so much and just want to make sure I'm around for them when they get older. And with that said I started having a little health problems that I was told would go away if I just lose a little weight. So I have start working on that and just not getting what I want out of it. So I have talk to a few people that say writing things down helps a ton. So I'm going to write down what I eat and what I'm doing for a workout. And sometimes will write on how I'm feeling. And once a week, a weight in

So today I have had not wrote down what I had to eat, and as for a work out not done all that much. Outside of cleaning my house.

I know that I had to much pop, I need to drink more water.

So my goal for Tuseday is to drink 8-10 glasses of water, and get in 30 minutes of a workout in. Wish me luck!
